Sierra Goodman These cookies are made from all superfoods: Coconut, Cacao, Maca, Honey, Cashews, Goji berries, bananas They just couldn't be better or better for you!!! Yummmmmy!! Meat and water from 1 coconut 2 tbs raw cacao powder 2 tbs raw maca powder 1 big tbs raw honey 1 frozen banana Blend until smooth. Fold in: Handful of cashews ground in coffee grinder Handful of goji berries Handful of cacao nibs (raw chocolate chips) Stir thoroughly, add to non stick dehydrator sheets, slice of sweet plantain optional on top, heat until desired consistency at 118 degrees or less. I recommend making them at night and leaving the dehydrator on overnight. Otherwise you will be tasting them every hour and none will be left! :)) .
