We offer even cheaper LAST MINUTE LOCALS RATES when booking just a couple days in advance.
(proof that you live her full time [like your passport showing entry stamps] is required for Locals Rates)
NOTE: ALL "Local's Rates" listed below are with YOU cleaning the room & bathroom spic & span when you leave (& keeping the bathroom clean at all times if you're sharing it).
Don't want to clean up? Add $5/night if 1-2 nights or $10 if 3 ( $10/night if 1-2 nights or $10 if 3 for Rooms #1 & #2 or if you leave it really dirty).

These rates are valid when booked LESS than 3 days in advance & when paying cash upon arrival. Rooms are based upon availability & are not assigned till you arrive (unless it backs up to another reservation).
We require a $20 Refundable Deposit for each room. If you don't clean up, we get to keep $10 of it].
We still include tea & coffee (the ONLY coffee we provide is an organic coffee with organic cacoa, organic honey & organic cayenne pepper) & ONE Free Spin on our FABULOUS Massage Chair, FREE WiFi/Wireless Internet (usually - it's Costa Rica), up to 10 min. a day to check your emails, FREE calls to the U.S./Canada, total use of the kitchen (with everything from a convection oven to a Vita Mix & Dehydrator!!) as long as YOU clean up WELL immediately.

You have a KING size bed with a
LUSCIOUS MEMORY FOAM topper (with a strap around it so you don't separate and rubber cups so you don’t go sliding. One person like a hard bed and the other softer? We can just put a foam piece on one side! Need 2 beds? We can separate them!!!! NOW that's paying attention to YOUR needs).
We also give you multiple pillows of varying firmnesses!
When paying the full/non-discounted rate you receive sheets that are at LEAST 400 tc!! (I'd bet most people's beds at home aren't so inviting!!)
The Master Suite includes a:

Desiring PRIVACY? Especially because of the spaciousness of this suite, you could have your meals delivered from nearby restaurants and not come out for days!!
Even though it's overall quite tranquil here - it IS Costa Rica and you'll have your occasional neighborhood rooster or dogs or the national bird – the yigüirro – the traditionally comes out singing its lungs out what feels like 24/7 (though normally it starts around 3am outside your window [especially if you’re the type like me that is a REALLY light sleeper!!]). Because your host Vicki is hyper-sensitive to noise and a light sleeper she likes thinking of you - we can provide you with FREE ear plugs (though so far no one's taken us up on the offer) and even have Sleeping Masks you can use if you like to siesta in the day or don't like getting woken at the crack of dawn (around 5am in Costa Rica!!). We're thinking about YOU!!!

#3 - INSPIRATION
That's how guests describe this recently enhanced room with 2 windows looking out onto the sprawling gardens / grounds - bright, spacious, open, airy - a place that can REALLY INSPIRE you!!
Can't you just see yourself waking up to this view? Or sitting at the table and chairs by the window writing your thoughts down?
It has 2 Twin beds that are typically pushed together and made into a King with a Memory foam mattress topper so you don't feel the separation and you bury yourself in the softness (or if one likes it harder & the other softer, we just take off one of the foam toppers for you). Whatever way YOU desire the bed, we'll do it for you!
The Suite also has a fan, clock radio, dimmer switch, side lamps, candle holder, lots of closet space (with lock [or bring your own really small lock if you feel the need]) and a Tranquil Fountain.
We also provide each room with a bottle of Filtered Water & 2 cups.
There can be some side street noise in this room (I haven't found many places in Latin countries that don't have much noise - whether it's the occasional neighborhood dog, rooster or car or piercing howler monkeys [not here!]) - mainly when you open the windows (to deal with this, we can provide you with free ear plugs [I'm hyper-sensitive to noise hence why I think of such features though few have been bothered by it] and a sleeping mask if you'd like to use one) . . . . . .
This room shares Bathroom 4 with the Awakening Room (and occasionally Bedroom 6). It's a spacious room with a large shower for two and bidet)
RATE: $65.
This room is spacious enough to add an additional twin bed (if staying 4 nights), futon or cot (for fewer nights) - $15/per person

There can be some side street noise in this room (I haven't found many places in Latin countries that don't have much noise - whether it's the occasional neighborhood dog, rooster or car or piercing howler monkeys [not here!]) - mainly when you open the windows (to deal with this, we can provide you with free ear plugs [I'm hyper-sensitive to noise hence why I think of such features though few have been bothered by it] and a sleeping mask if you'd like to use one) . . . . . .
This room shares Bathroom 4 with the Awakening Room (and occasionally Bedroom 6). It's a spacious room with a large shower for two and bidet)

This room is spacious enough to add an additional twin bed (if staying 4 nights), futon or cot (for fewer nights) - $15/per person

![SarongGoddess > Bathroom 2 is a nice size room shared by the Inspiration and the Awakening Rooms (and occasionally Bedroom 4). It has a LARGE SHOWER (big enough for at least 2) and we even provide you with liquid soap and a good quality shampoo/conditioner combo AND a shower mat so you don't go slipping and sliding in the shower! You have a Dimmer Switch and Nightlight (no need to turn on the lights to wake you up in the middle of the night!).
This bathroom also has it's own BIDET (do not know how to use a bidet? Go to http://www.wikihow.com/Use-a-Bidet)! We provide decent quality Towels (bath towel, hand towel AND wash cloths! [rare to find in Costa Rica!]).
We even thought of Rug Mats so you don't go slipping and sliding on the tile floors. Your bathroom has a Blow Dryer and we have a Curling Iron available for your use (no need weighing your luggage down unnecessarily!)!
We even provide each room with your own colored cup (to match your bedroom) for your toothbrush and toothpaste!
