  • The Sarong Goddess' Linguasmo MANGO CREAM CHEESE PIE!!

I make this INCREDIBLE "concoction" that I don't really have a "recipe" for - I just create it based on what I'm hungry for, have the $$ for or have available. Just TRUST it WILL be DELISH!!!!

Put COCONUT OIL (or another NON-olive oil oil) in a pie dish (or whatever you desire to put it in) so the crust won't stick to the dish)

Take a package of COOKIES (SIZE - however many YOU desire depending on how thick YOU'D like it.
FLAVOR COOKIES - I like to use Coconut, Butter Cookies or Graham Crackers).
CRUSH them up (in a blender or a ziplock bag & use something like a rolling pin or hammer or a book).

Add a stick of BUTTER & melt it down OR about 1/2 that in melted COCONUT OIL & mix them together (sometimes I add COCONUT FLAKES to the crust!!) & form it to the dish.

SOMETIMES I bake the crust (350º-F/176.7°C - for about 10-20 minutes [depends on how baked YOU want it to be) & sometimes I don't!

In a separate bowl fold in together some CREAM CHEESE (I like the soften cream cheese which I leave out to soften a bit more. The size depends on how THICK a filling YOU desire).
Fold in some HONEY (how sweet do YOU desire it to be??). SOMETIMES I add an EGG to help thicken it & if I do I bake it for about 20 minutes (I think [I don't usually pay attention]). Add on top of the Crust.

In a BOWL - Cut up a BUNCH (as MANY•thick as YOU desire) of OVERLY RIPE MANGOES (the kind that most people would throw out as they're nasty looking & have LOTS of black spots??!!! To ME, THAT's the phase I LOVE to eat them in as to ME - they have an almost candy cane sort of taste!)

Then MUSH them up with your hands (I'm a VERY tactile child & LOVE playing with it - making it squirt out between my fingers - Oh & don't forget to eat off the mango around the giant seed). Then I just glump it onto the crust/mix & put it in the fridge till I can't wait any longer & VUALA!!!!

I've had people that didn't like mangoes LOVE LOVE LOVE this LINGUASMO•TongueGasmic concoction!!

  • MANGO CREAM CHEESE PIE!!

I make this INCREDIBLE "concoction" that I don't really have a "recipe" for - I just create it based on what I'm hungry for, have the $$ for or have available.

First I put some coconut oil in a pie dish (or whatever size YOU want to make it).

Then I take a "package" of some sort of cookie (however many you want depending on how thick YOU like it. I like to use some sort of a coconut, butter cookies or graham cracker) & crush them up (I usually do it in my MagicBullet) & I take a stick of butter & melt it down & mix them together.
SOMETIMES I put that in the oven at 325 or so for about 10-20 minutes (depends on how baked you want it to be).
THIS BATCH I used a honey cracker & added some shredded coconut & coconut oil to the crust - YUMMMM!!!!

Next in a separate bowl I fold in together some cream cheese (I like the container of soften cream cheese which I've left out for a bit so it's softer. The size again - depends on how THICK with the filling YOU want) & Honey (AGAIN - how sweet do YOU want it to be??). SOMETIMES I add an egg to help thicken it & if I do I bake it for about 20 minutes (I think).

Next I cut up a BUNCH of OVERLY RIPE Mangoes (you know - the kind that most people would throw out as there were LOTS of black spots??!!! To ME, THAT's the phase I LOVE to eat them in as they have an almost candy cane sort of taste!! Mush up however thick YOU want it to be) & in a bowl I MUSH it up with my hands (I'm a VERY tactile child & LOVE it when it comes squirting out between my fingers - Oh & I LOVE to eat off the mango around the giant seed) & I just glump it onto the crust/mix & put it in the fridge & VUALA!!!! I've had people that didn't normally like mangoes LOVE LOVE LOVE this LINGUASMO•TongueGasmic concoction!!!!

GHIRADELLI TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER - YUMMMM!!
So just make the brownie mix as instructed.
Then I take a cup or so of CRUNCHY Peanut Butter (depending on how peanut buttery I want it to be) & melt it in the microwave for about 1 minute - or on the stove - not totally melted.
Then I just take a knife & swirl in in the peanut butter into the brownie mix & bake as instructed - MEGA YUMMMM!!!!
