ESCAZU:
From the COCA-COLA BUS TERMINAL (on Calle 16 - between Avenida 1-3. In typical Costa Rica form, it hasn't had the markings saying "Coca Cola" for MANY MANY years but ALL taxi's/any local knows where it is. I hear over & over - this is an area to have your logic/radar going CONSTANTLY - BE AWARE!!! [of be smart & just take a taxi there]).
Take the first bus (most Easterly/Este) - the BLUE SANTA ANA - CALLE VIEJA (pronounced SanTana KiYAA VYAha) bus.
(do NOT NOT NOT take any "Escazu" bus [or you'll end up in the hills/taking the LONG way] or a "Pista" bus [the Prospero Fernandez Highway #27] one unless you want to go to MultiPlaza or Santa Ana). I believe this bus is 275-colones (they'll give you change so don't worry in colones) & takes about 10 minutes (depending on traffic of course).
When you get on the bus, tell the driver where you want to go.
