CENTRO - Escazu, Costa Rica - the Heart of Escazu

ESQUINA ARGENTINAS (2-288-2811) VIC’S PICK’S!!! This is LITERALLY my #1 FAV “Soda”/”restaurant”!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! MEGA CHEAP & AWESOME!! FLAME GRILLED CASADAS (rice & beans or fresh mashed potatos and veges) - GRILLED beef, chicken, pork, fish (& sometimes tongue) & LOTS of DELISH CHIMICHURI SAUCE (parsley, olive oil, lemon, a tiny bit of vinegar, salt and LOTS of garlic!!) WITH a tasty salad PLUS a natural drink for under 3,000-c (a bit over $5!!!). MY fav is Costadas (ribs), mashed potatoes, veges, MUCHO MUCHO chimichuri sauce on EVERYTHING and Cass drink!!!! I hear they have a pretty good Lasagna on Wednesday for around 1,500-c. HOURS: Not poz but I think it’s around 8am-ish-5pm Mon.-Sat. STAFF: Mari (owner), Carmen, Lucy (sorry, I can't remember the other girls names) LOCATION: Escazu (Centro) – 3 blocks East of the back of the church/1 block East of the old burned out Shell Gas Station (Bombo de Shell) on the East-bound road on the North side of the park – across the street from Panadaria Mundo. It's not real far from ME so if you’re in the area & have time, call me & maybe we can meet!!!

CHEAP DENTIST - ESCAZU - 2-289-7785 OUTRAGEOUSLY LOW PRICES & the money raised goes towards helping feed poor people (perhaps you can bring a donation of rice & beans or things to help them??) There is one dentist that speaks GOOD ENGLISH that works Thursdays from 1-3:30pm (& she has her regular practice across from Brujo restaurant) HOURS: WHERE: Escazu Centro - in Casa Pastoral de la Juventud which is part of the catholic church - on the street that goes South (heading UP) from the middle of the park•church (the street between Banco Nacional & the street going up towards San Antonio de Escazu)
