Newcomers womens group of Costa Rica

NEWCOMERS womens group of COSTA RICA Newcomers is a social group - open to English-speaking (of various levels) women - newcomers and old-timers - living in Costa Rica (full time and part time) and is a great place to make new friends and participate in a variety of fun activities with their many Interest Groups. MY observation of the group is you have many gals in Costa Rica with their husbands jobs for 2 or so years (some are moms with kids), many are retired (though not as many as the Women's Club of Costa Rica) & some are professional gals or entrepreneurs. The majority seem to live in the Metropolitan Central Valley. MEETINGS: Traditionally meetings are held the 1st TUESDAY of each month BETWEEN September and May at various locations in the Central Valley. INTEREST GROUPS: (Most meet once a month) Book Club • Conversation and Cocktails Happy Hour (husbands welcome) • Cooking groups (including an Experimental Cooking group and a Gourmet Cooking group) • Golf • Horseback Riding • Lunch Club • Mah Jongg • Out to Lunch • Spanish (Conversational) • Tennis • Wine Club - the Educated Grape "SHOW & SELL" Arts & Crafts Fair DETAILS AT:
