ESQUINA ARGENTINA Restaurant (2-288-2811) A MEGA VIC’S PICK’S!!! This is LITERALLY my #1 FAV “Soda” (a "soda" in Costa Rica is a little cheapo restaurant)!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! MEGA CHEAP & AWESOME!! FLAME GRILLED CASADAS (rice & beans or fresh mashed potatos and veges) - GRILLED beef, chicken, ribs, pork, fish (& sometimes tongue) & LOTS of DELISH CHIMICHURI SAUCE (parsley, olive oil, lemon, a tiny bit of vinegar, salt and LOTS of garlic!!) WITH a REALLY tasty salad PLUS a natural fresh fruit drink for 3,000-3,500-colones (around $6-$7). MY fav is Costadas (ribs), mashed potatoes, veges, MUCHO MUCHO chimichuri sauce on EVERYTHING and Cass drink!!!! CHEAP BREAKFASTS! Dr. Gene McDonald always RAVED about their Lasagna on Wednesday. A nice size piece for around 1,750-c. They're quite the popular place so best to not be in a rush plus they can run out of things so get there early for your favorite choices.
