N GRANADA - Nicaragua

I live in Costa Rica 9-10 months out of the year and spend 2-3 months in Nicaragua. Plus I have MANY people looking to leave Costa Rica that are curious about Nicaragua as well as MANY people looking to visit Nicaragua but their hesitant because of old info or lies they've heard - that are asking me for info on places to see, stay, etc. so I'd love for anyone that's been to or lived in Granada to share info with me (as MANY DETAILS as is possible)!!
