N Granada - Acc-GM Granada Hostel
GM Granada Hostel - BEST location for those taking TicaBus & NicaBus or flying out of Managua!!! Nice size POOL, Bar with 25-c Happy Hour beers from 4-6pm, the most well stocked shared Kitchen I've seen in a hostel (even a Panini maker, microwave, juicer & fridge [no freezer]), WiFi throughout, nice clean property, great staff/volunteers, a few Common Spaces, Pool Table. BEDDING: Very comfy firmer mattresses, the BEST pillows I've ever slept on, nice matching comfortable/soft enough sheets. Unlike many hotels I've inspected in tropical destinations - I didn't notice any mold smell!! Pet-Friendly with a +$10 Non-Refundable Extra Deep Cleaning Fee. A 10pm Quiet Time ensures it not being a party hostel like so many. Ages: 16+. They change US$s for Cordobas for the same rate as banks do. Bikers - there's a tire repair place in front of the Managua bus station just 1-1/2 blocks up. ROOMS: DORM room (1 - 6 beds) - bottom bunks are a Double bed, there are a bunch a fans in the room (important since Granada is quite hot), there's a window in the room for airflow, my roommate & I felt safe enough to keep the door open at night. 4 smallish lockers (use their key) & tv in the room - Special - $7 (reg. $10). Private Rooms - - Special - $15-$30 (reg. $20-$40) + 17% tax - • http://GMGranada.com • https://facebook.com/GMGranadaHostel • http://booking.com/hotel/ni/gm-granada.en-gb.html - 2552-2645 - LOCATION: About a 10 minute walk to the center of Granada so a bit outside of town.
