WHAT’S NEARBY: You're 1-1/2 to 3 blocks to many of the Escazu buses taking you into San Jose & around Escazu, Santa Ana, including the Circumvalencia bus going to MultiPlaza, CIMA, PriceSmart, Walmart & more the InterLinea bus to Pavas•Rohrmoser, La Uruca. The PARK in Centro Escazu is just is just 3 blocks away & is the heart of many of Escazu's festivals & activities. There are even Free Public outdoor Exercise equipment & free Zumba classes, Basketball & other activities as well as the Saturday Escazu Feria•Farmer’s Market. There’s an Organic Feria•Farmer’s Market on Wednesdays & Organic Store/Market & restaurant 1 block from the park. You should never have a problem getting a taxi as the main red taxi stand is in front of the park. Don't want to cook? This spacious bright room has a large window with good airflow, comfortable Double Bed (no typical hard as a rock mattress), sheets, nightstand & lamp, comfy chair, mirror & a table with chair. The room is cleaned for you once a week.
RENT: $275/month with 6+ month Lease.
MEDICAL TOURISM GUESTS: $200/week/1 person. $240/week for 2 people sharing bed* (see description for Medical Tourism guests below)
AVAILABILITY: IMMEDIATE (might consider a shorter-term 1 month rental if you move in immediately or a Weekly immediate move in at $105/week)

“The CAVE” - is a tiny 2.20 x 3.20 mts (10-1/2’ x 7’) room with a comfortable Twin•Individual bed, nice size closet, desk with chair, sheets. With 2 windows you get good airflow & you don't feel so claustrophobic . The room is cleaned for you once a week.
RENT: $175/month.
MEDICAL TOURISM GUESTS: $125/week* (see description for Medical Tourism guests below)
AVAILABILITY: around September 21 (possibly a week earlier. Will know for sure around August 20)

• BATHROOM: 3 people share each bathroom (please coordinate work/bathroom schedules with other housemates), Hot Water in Shower (”suicide shower”), Shelf Space. You provide your own toilet paper. Bathroom cleaned every day. You bring your towel, shampoo, soap, etc.
• KITCHEN with Dining area: Shared - Stove (no oven), each person gets a shelf in the fridge & cabinet for their food, microwave, coffee maker, Shared Items Cupboard. Please clean up after yourself immediately & return items to their rightful place.
• LAUNDRY Area (inquire about price for use of washing machine): Outside covered clothesline • Iron & Ironing Board
• INCLUDED: Good WiFi in all rooms, Electricity (please be conscious of electricity use - show your love for Mother Earth), Cleaning your room once a week. Sheets washed every 2 weeks.
• NOT Included: Bring your own towel
• Separate Tenant entrance.

Room will be light cleaned daily (sweeping & dusting). Weekly laundering of sheets. Help with coordinating English-speaking Taxi Driver for Airport Greet & appointments or for touring. Help with making appointments, organizing medicine delivery, food delivery, make smoothie, ice for pain areas.
A basic cell phone is available to use for free with 1,000-colones on it with a $50 refundable deposit when returned.
Medical Tourism guests will not get a key so they will need to coordinate with landlord to be let in between 7am-10pm.
