C218 is a BRIGHT 1,500 sq. ft., 2-bedroom Penthouse with your own ROOFTOP TERRACE with Wet Bar with WONDERFUL VIEWS of the bay & town to watch the New Years Fireworks!!!!
A large spiral staircase takes you up from the Livingroom to your own ROOFTOP TERRACE with wet bar offering you WONDERFUL VIEWS of the bay, town and the mountains!!!! The large Balcony off your Livingroom AND the Master Bedroom also gives you these incredible VIEWS!! What better place to watch all the FIREWORKS going off starting at 11pm North (Nayarit is in a different time-zone than Vallarta) with your friends!!!
Your KITCHEN has a Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, even a real oven/stove (RARE!!).
The LIVINGROOM has cable tv (basic cable) & a DVD player (NO cd/boombox), WiFi high-speed internet.
The BEDROOMS each have a comfortable, top of the line model Queen size mattress with egg carton foam on top (if you desire it). The Master Bathroom has a NICE size shower/TUB.
Each of the 3 units share the Washer/Dryer.
There is NO pool.
This location gives you GREAT cross breezes (though each unit has a ceiling fan in each bedroom PLUS in the Livingroom/Dining area. NO Air-conditioning but you shouldn't really need it as this time of year, nighttime can get pretty nippy!!).
LOCATION:
The Entrance is up a steep hill in Alta Vista (the neighborhood just behind Old Town / SouthSide / Muertos / Zona Romantica) above Hospital Medasist - 7 blocks to Muertos Beach & 2 blocks from Basilio Badillo / Restaurant Row. This is in a REAL Mexican neighborhood - with kids, dogs & noise (of course ANYWHERE in Vallarta will be INSANELY noisy during the busiest/most festive time of the year!!!) so you were forewarned (bring ear plugs [& a sleeping mask if you want to sleep in as this is a BRIGHT unit!!!)
DATES:
ONLY available Dec. 25-Jan. 1 (you MUST vacate BY 10am on the 1st because of previous commitment).
PRICE:
$1,500/week ($150/night) + 10%/$150 (my Referral Fee)
Normally I would build my Referal Fee & add the Paypal fees into the price, but since there is NO time to spare (NOTHING is held without the FULL payment to the owner) as this is soooo last minute, you will Paypal the owner directly $1,500, plus separately $150 to me.
The owner does require a Security Deposit paid to her & I will have those details in the morning.
Do NOT NOT NOT contact me until you have tickets HELD!! Do NOT NOT NOT BUY the tickets in case this has already gone as there ain't hardly anything left for THE BUSIEST time of the YEAR - THOUGH - I MAY still have a 1-bedroom available TILL Dec. 30 1 block behind the Blue Chairs (the picture with the red curtains/couches).
