V145 - This 3-story, 8-bedroom moderate Villa is one of the closest villas to Muertos Beach and the Blue Chairs (note, there are about 100 stairs leading down to the beach or you can take the easy way and walk around Playa del Sol [or be a wimp like me and take a taxi!!!])!
With it's rusticy Mexican decor, V145's biggest sell is size and LOCATION as it's located right on the border of Old Town/Southside and Conchas Chinas and offers you WONDERFUL water views from most of the bedrooms and common spaces.
Plus V145 comes with a Cook and Housekeeper Mon.-Sat.
Every room has air-conditioning, a fan, tv plus mini-fridge and a private balcony. It's one of the few villas with personal safes in each room.
They have a heated (RARE - on request) smaller Dipping Pool that is partially shaded in the winter (Mother Natures doing) with a nice size deck looking out onto the Bay.
There is a washer and dryer (though the Housekeeper does the laundry for a NICE tip!), iron/ironing board.
The house has cable tv, phone for local calls, cd boombox, vhs, WIFI, fax machine for your use along with a FULL kitchen.
There are quite a few flights of stairs here.
